I use a variety of tools learned through my own study of a branch of Tibetan Buddhist Tantra known as Kalachakra tantra, as well as knowledge of Hinduism and other sex magic wisdom handed down through the ages of various cultures. I have been certified to teach tantra by the Source School of Tantra and Charles and Caroline Muir. The Muir's teaching reflects a form of conscious loving derived from the above mentioned ________.
My belief is that every day of practicing these tools enhances my ability to be in alignment with my own higher self and values. I also believe that by continued use and practice of the tools we can become more intimately connected with ourselves as well as others and enhance our ability to have meaningful, full, joyful lives.
I work with you to develop a plan to manifest your dreams. Our first session looks something like this. A discussion with you or with you and your partner about the ways you wish to enhance your life. This may include things that seem impossible to achieve with your current belief system. It can and often does include learning to relate to one another in a whole new, sacred and loving way in the bedroom. It can include the desire to learn to achieve better orgasm or to enhance ejaculatory control. It may also include learning ways to communicate with one another verbally that encourage opening to deeper and more intimate depths.
The sessions following are a mixture of experiential exercises, breathing techniques, meditation techniques, communication techniques, energy work, conscious loving techniques, intimacy, and fun. Growth often includes processing through old beliefs and feelings and cellular memories of past occurrences in your life. Taking a look at and processing these things takes introspection and surrender and love. I provide a safe haven to do this work as well as referrals to other professionals and even, in some cases, other tantra educators who may be more in tune with your path of discovery.
